Greenhouse Residence

Greenhouse is a family owned residence providing the outmost comfort for its guests. It was built in 1990 and instantly became a hit because of its trademark green color. For the last 20 years, Greenhouse has been a common destination for all ages.
With its always cheerful owners who literally never fail to impress, this residence provides much more than you bargained for.

Greenhouse Appartments

Greenhouse consists out of 11 apartments, each decorated to preserve a pleasant atmosphere. All apartments are air-conditioned and provide wireless Internet access and a satellite TV. The apartments are renovated every two years so Greenhouse is residence that never loses its touch. Every apartment comes with a bathtub, terrace with a tremendous view of the bay and shower or a Jacuzzi, depending on how lucky you are.

Greenhouse Facilities

The parking lot has 24 parking spaces so basically every family can come with two cars and there would still be more parking spaces to fill. Behind the house there is a great barbecue spot, with benches and a tall barbecue chimney. What can be better than barbecuing away after spending a day at the beach.

Greenhouse Location

Greenhouse is located in Rabac on the east coast of the Istria peninsula. It’s a small town with the cleanest bay in the Mediterranean. It’s true; Rabac has a number of blue flags all over its beaches to prove it. The town has everything available at your fingertips so you can do you shopping before and after you go to the beach. The Greenhouse itself is located 800m from the sea, upon a hill which guarantees the best view in Rabac.
